Standard Training Programs

Fu Jow Pai Standard Training

The Fu Jow Pai training curriculum follows the standard training programs established and mandated by Grandmaster Wai Hong. These programs represent the core progression of study within the Fu Jow Pai Tiger Claw system.

Students develop their skills through a combination of hand forms, weapon forms, matching sets, and mandatory conditioning exercises — all designed to build the strength, structure, coordination, and discipline required for the system.

The Tiger Claw system consists of the following hand forms, representing the core identity and progression of Fu Jow Pai training.

Bagua Hark Fu Jow — 8 Directional Black Tiger Claw Form

The signature form of the Fu Jow Pai system, broken down into five progressive sections known as Tiger Claw Sections 1–5. Each section builds upon the last, developing the practitioner's understanding of Tiger Claw principles, power generation, and structure.
