What Is Fu Jow Pai?

Fu Jow Pai Kung Fu is a complete fighting system that trains practitioners in all four ranges of combat: striking, grabbing, locking, and throwing. Rather than specializing in a single method of engagement, students learn to move fluidly between them, adapting to whatever the situation demands.
