2025 National Fu Jow Pai Summit
Pali Retreat – Running Springs, California
The 2025 National Fu Jow Pai Summit will be held at Pali Retreat in Running Springs, California. This special gathering will bring together practitioners and instructors of Wai Hong’s Fu Jow Pai Tiger Claw Kung Fu from across the country for several days of dedicated training, fellowship, and shared study of the system.
The summit provides a valuable opportunity for students and instructors from different Fu Jow Pai schools to train together, strengthen friendships, and share in the spirit of the Tiger Claw tradition. Through group training, discussion, and hands-on practice, participants will deepen their understanding of Fu Jow Pai methods, principles, and training concepts that expand upon the material normally practiced in regular classes.
Beyond the training itself, the summit helps strengthen the bonds within the Fu Jow Pai community while honoring the teachings and legacy passed down through Grandmaster Wai Hong.
This event is open to Fu Jow Pai students of all levels, providing an opportunity for both newer students and experienced practitioners to train together and continue carrying forward the traditions of the system.

Training Highlights
During the 2025 National Fu Jow Pai Summit, participants will focus on key elements of the system through structured instruction and group training.
Training will include:
- Fundamental training and core basics of the Fu Jow Pai system
- Breathing exercises and internal training methods
- Yeung Shen Kuen (Elevating the Spirit Hand Form) – 養身拳
- Chun Jon Quon (Loyalty Staff) – 存安棍
- Liu Yi Jian (As You Wish or According to the Mind Sword) – 如意劍
These sessions will help practitioners deepen their understanding of Fu Jow Pai principles while refining structure, coordination, and traditional training methods.
